Overall I have quite a broad musical taste, generally avoiding pop, indie-rock and rnb music. My main musical interests lay within the metal genre, including, but not limited to: classic heavy metal (e.g. Black Sabbath), nu-metal (I'm sorry, I grew up with it) (e.g. Limp Bizkit), death-metal (e.g. Cannibal Corpse), trash-metal (e.g. Slayer) and GoreGrind (e.g. Rompeprop). I also enjoy dutch rap music (e.g. Opgezwolle) and am an avid hardstyle and hardcore listener. Last but not least I am a great fan of the Doors, as my play counts clearly show.

Although I listened 4000 songs more in 2007 compared to 2006, the distribution amongst artists seems to be more equal, with the number 1 artist of 2007 not even reaching the 1800 plays of Opgezwolle in 2006. With the appearance of Black Sabbath in the top 5 (and Deep Purple in the top 6, not shown here), I have started to look into classic rock / heavy metal music, although I have not yet delved into the Doors yet
